Becky has been a certified group fitness, cycle, and barre instructor for 3 years. As a dental hygiene clinician and educator with a Bachelor’s Degree in health sciences, healthcare and fitness have always been very important to her. Becky enjoys teaching a variety of classes and is currently working on her personal training certification. She loves sharing her passion and enthusiasm for fitness with her family and friends!

Hi! I am Melinda (Mindy), and I am a certified spin instructor, registered dental hygienist and BLS/CPR certified. I love pushing myself and others to exceed their fitness goals. I have completed 4 half marathons, 2 triathalons and many races of varying length in between. My favorite activity is morning strolls with my pug, Alastor. Exercise is the best way to keep you in peak mental and physical health, and I would love to be a part of your journey.
