Cycle/Abs

Great for anyone looking to boost their fitness while enhancing core stability.

Cycle-ATA

This class begins with a dynamic warm-up off the bike, followed by 30 minutes of traditional cycling that gets your heart racing. The session concludes with 20 minutes of full-body muscle conditioning in a Tabata format, featuring eight exercises performed in high-intensity intervals. Ideal for those who love variety and intensity in their workouts.

Cycle-Strong
